END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a legal entity) and Neshama Training Services Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at Kuntloor, Hayathnagar, Hyderabad,India, herein referred to as "AIAgenticverse", for the use of its software products, educational platforms, training materials, and/or associated services ("Licensed Products").
BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE LICENSED PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Neshama grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Licensed Products solely for personal, non-commercial use or as per the terms of any business training arrangement made in writing.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Licensed Products;
Use the Licensed Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute any portion of the Licensed Products without written permission;
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All rights, title, and interest in the Licensed Products and any related materials remain the sole property of Neshama Training Services Private Limited. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
4. USER DATA & PRIVACY
Neshama may collect and use user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Licensed Products, you consent to such collection and use.
5. TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance and remains in effect until terminated. Neshama may terminate this license if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Licensed Products.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Licensed Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Neshama disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Neshama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Licensed Products.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Hyderabad, City, India].
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Neshama regarding the Licensed Products and supersedes all prior agreements.
"Note: Once the payment is received, it shall be deemed non-refundable under any circumstances."
